Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

We are committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our commitment

At Tech-UA we treat accessibility as a core value and work to let everyone — including people with disabilities — use the site comfortably and equally, with continuous improvement.

The standard we follow

The site is being built to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 (Part 1) at Level AA, which corresponds to WCAG 2.0. Remediation is ongoing, and we continue to fix and improve components on a regular basis.

What we've done so far

  • Semantic content structure with headings, landmarks, and a logical reading order
  • Full keyboard navigation with a clear, visible focus indicator
  • A 'skip to content' link to jump straight to the main content
  • An on-site accessibility menu: text resize, contrast, grayscale, color invert, link highlighting, readable font, text spacing, pause animations, and a large cursor
  • Support for browser zoom and the operating system's 'reduce motion' preference
  • Bilingual support (Hebrew/English) with correct RTL/LTR direction and page-language declaration

Known limitations

  • Some pages or components may not yet be fully accessible; remediation is ongoing.
  • Third-party and embedded content (such as maps or videos) may not be fully accessible.
  • Older documents uploaded in the past may not meet the standard; we are happy to provide an accessible alternative on request.
